Congratulation on your decision, vision and determination to enroll in PAVA Leadership Academy. You have started on the path to developing many leadership skills for success. Many people have the desire to succeed in their life. That's not unusual. But, few people like yourself have the courage and determination to take the initiative to actually do something about it.
During the course of PAVA Leadership training, you will have the opportunity to experience significant personal growth. For this reason, we encourage you to actively participate during every training session, and build the habit of engaging with other participants. Share you thoughts as well as to learn from other participants. As you do, you will develop the necessary leadership and communication skills to lead others in your community from what you have learned at PAVA Leadership training.
CERTIFICATE OF ACHIEVEMENT
After completion of 6 training sessions, you will receive a Certificate of Achievement for this program. To receive this Certificate of Achievement, you must complete all 6 sessions of both webinars and classroom trainings, and you must be declared by your instructor on having made a progress to receive this Certificate of Achievement. Should you miss any sessions, you will receive a Certificate of Participation at graduation ceremony. However, you will have the opportunity to makeup any missed training sessions at any future PAVA Leadership training dates in-which Certificate of Achievement will be awarded upon completion of any and all missed webinar and classroom sessions.
