(a) Webinar Training – When registering for the webinar, please remember to use your name and email address which was used to register for PAVA Leadership training. Your attendance is confirmed by comparing the report that is generated by GoToWebinar system which identifies you by email address used to register for the webinar. If you are late more than 15 min. late to webinar training, you will be marked absent. Please save email from GoToWebinar confirming your attendance at the webinar in case there might be discrepancy on your attendance record. Time to time, there will be role calls during the webinar.
(b) Classroom Training – If you are more than 15 min. late to classroom training, you will be marked absent. It is your responsibility to mark the attendance sheet at the beginning of the classroom training. Please ask your parents to wait downstairs in the lobby of PAVA office building until you come down. Sometimes, the classroom training might run little past the 2:30PM time.
5. Presentation – At every classroom session each Saturday, everyone will deliver a presentation to your peers or in front of the classroom. Everyone will participate without exceptions. There is no such thing as “I am not ready” as you will be expected to improvise even if you missed a webinar session.

Any participants with 4 absents during the course of 6 weeks will be dropped. To receive your graduation certificate, you must make up the missed sessions in future PAVA Leadership Academy webinar or classroom training. It is the responsibility of the participant to know and make up any missing sessions.
8. Time – We will start promptly on time and end on time. That means if you are late more than 15 min. to either webinar or classroom training, you will be marked absent for that session. Since our classroom training time is very limited, there will be no time for a break.
9. Rest Room – Please use the rest rooms prior to coming into the classroom training.
